Governor Yoshimura of Osaka Prefecture has indicated to reporters that he will hold a meeting of the countermeasures headquarters of the prefecture on the 21st and formally decide to request the government to apply "priority measures such as spread prevention".
Governor Yoshimura said that the response was based on the report from Governor Saito of Hyogo Prefecture that he would request the application of priority measures.
