In particular, a lot of snow is expected in the central region including the metropolitan area, so you need to prepare well so that there is no damage.
Most of the snow will stop in the evening, but it may continue on the east coast until tomorrow morning.
Heavy snow of more than 20 cm is expected in many places in the mountainous areas of Jeju and Yeongdong, Gangwon, and in other central regions, 1 to 5 cm, and in many places in the western part of the metropolitan area and northern Chungcheongnam-do, large snow of more than 7 cm can fall and accumulate.
The temperature this morning will start at minus 7 degrees in Seoul, minus 8 degrees in Daejeon, and minus 5 degrees in Gwangju.
The daytime temperature is expected to be minus 1 degree Celsius in Seoul, 5 degrees Celsius in Jeonju and Daejeon, 6 degrees Celsius in Daegu, and 7 degrees Celsius in Ulsan and Busan.
The cold is expected to gradually subside over the weekend.
