Xu Mingfei, deputy mayor of the Xi'an Municipal Government, stated that there were 35 new confirmed cases in Xi'an on the 4th.
As of 24:00 on January 4, a total of 1,793 confirmed local cases have been reported in this round of the epidemic, all of which were sent to designated medical institutions for treatment as soon as possible.
Judging from the recent three rounds of nucleic acid screening in Xi’an, the total number of cases showed a downward trend, all of which were found in isolation control personnel and closed and controlled areas. The social situation has basically been cleared, and the spread of the epidemic has been effectively curbed.
