Xiling Tunnel, a Class I high-risk tunnel of the West-10 High-Speed Railway, is more than halfway excavated. The XSZQ-3 bid section of the project is advancing rapidly.
The overall construction geology of the tunnel is complex, with frequent cross-cutting operations, high ventilation and drainage technical requirements, and difficult management. It is understood that it will be possible to arrive from Xi'an to Shiyan within one hour, and the train running time from Wuhan toXi'an is expected to be shortened to 2.5 hours.
