On the 30th, a third-party committee set up by the company was suspected of illegally receiving an "employment adjustment subsidy" from a travel agency in Tokyo, whose representative director is the chairman of the Japan Association of Travel Agents. We have compiled and published a final report stating that "the internal control system was sloppy" and that it is desirable to consider the voluntary return of all or part of the subsidy received.

On the other hand, it is said that "it is not possible to make a clear judgment" as to whether or not the person has intentionally committed fraud.

The Tokyo travel agency "World Aviation Service", of which Jungo Kikuma (69), chairman of the Japan Association of Travel Agents, serves as the representative director, has submitted to the government a lie document pretending to be resting employees since last year and hired them. An NHK interview revealed that there was a suspicion that the adjustment subsidy was being received illegally.

In response to this, the company set up a third-party committee made up of outside lawyers to proceed with the investigation, compiled the final report by the 30th, and held a press conference in Tokyo.

Among them, Hideaki Kubori, the chairman of the committee, said, "The record of working conditions was scarce and the exact amount could not be calculated." He explained that the total amount was about 178 million yen, which was almost the same as the time of the interim report held on the 18th of this month.

After that, he concluded that it would be desirable to consider the subsidies received so far, the full amount of more than 450 million yen, or a part of the voluntary return, saying that "the company's internal control system was sloppy."

On the other hand, regarding whether or not he intentionally committed fraud, he said, "The chairman and the president explained that they did not recognize it, and we could not confirm the definitive material to overturn it." ..
