Through the improvement of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region election system, to prevent anti-China chaos in Hong Kong from entering the political system of the Special Administrative Region through elections, systematically implement the principle of "patriots ruling Hong Kong".
The SAR government pointed out that, in fact, Hong Kong society has now changed from chaos to governance, and from governance to prosperity.
