[HIGHLIGHTS] Chinese Embassy in the United States: Urges the United States to earnestly respect China’s sovereignty and Hong Kong’s rule of law

The affairs are China's internal affairs and no foreign country has the right to interfere. The U.S.

ignores the facts, makes irresponsible remarks on Hong Kong affairs, makes groundless accusations against the Chinese central government and the Hong Kong SAR government. The United States' own national security system is airtight, with a large number of legislation and a wide range of extraterritorial effects. This is naked political manipulation and hypocritical double standards. We urge the United States to earnestly respect China's sovereignty and the rule of law in Hong Kong.
