(Abu Sheikha) faced a prison sentence due to three financial cases, amounting to 590 thousand dirhams, the first of which was due to his inability to pay a treatment bill that had accumulated on his father in a private hospital in the amount of one million dirhams, of which he paid 750,000, and he still owed 250 thousand, and the second case due to a loan he obtained From a local bank to pay the bill in the amount of 750,000 dirhams, and a settlement was made, bringing the amount to 250,000 dirhams, in addition to his inability to pay 90,000 dirhams to a company in return for building his house, and an executive judgment was issued against him to pay the amount of financial cases incurred by him, but his potential Finance does not allow him to do so, and he was pleading with good people to help him find the required amount, lest he be imprisoned.

(Abu Sheikha) told his story to "Emirates Today", saying: "My father has been suffering from several chronic diseases for years, and has frequent strokes, in addition to suffering shortness of breath and paralysis as a result of strokes, and as the eldest of my brothers, I had to transfer him to government and private hospitals for treatment. necessary.”

He added that his father needed rehabilitation and physical therapy for long periods, so he addressed the government hospitals where this type of treatment is available, but he did not find any vacant bed for his father's condition, so he transferred him to a private hospital in Dubai to receive physical and rehabilitation treatment, and he stayed under medical observation and rehabilitation. Therapeutic for a long period of up to four years.

He continued, "The bill for my father's treatment was accumulating on us, as the total value amounted to one million and 600 thousand dirhams. I paid it to the hospital administration, and I have 250,000 dirhams left.”

He pointed out that his long stay with his father's treatment and care trip, caused the termination of his services from his work, as he was working in a government agency in Fujairah, but his absence for a long time led to the termination of his services, after which his situation worsened a lot, and the hospital administration filed a lawsuit against him regarding The remaining amount of 250 thousand dirhams, and then the suffering continued, as the bank management filed another lawsuit against him regarding the amount of indebtedness he obtained to pay his father’s treatment bill, and a charitable institution in Fujairah conducted a settlement in the remaining amount of the case, which amounted to 250 thousand dirhams. Then the company that was building his house filed another lawsuit for the amount of 221,000 dirhams, and a settlement was made in the amount of 90,000 dirhams, as the total cases demanded for payment became 590 thousand dirhams.

He stated that he transferred his father to a government hospital in Abu Dhabi, and he is currently receiving physical and rehabilitation treatment there, and he cannot see him “because there is an executive judgment against me, as there is no one with my father to take care of him except for the nurses in the hospital, and I communicate with the hospital from time to time to check on his health condition.” Knowing that I was not able to transfer him for treatment abroad, because his condition does not allow that, and knowing that I have a wife and eight children, and I also suffer from chronic diseases, including diabetes, pressure and frequent lung infections, so I appeal to good people and people of merciful hearts to help me pay the remaining amount of the amount Required financial issues.
