Morocco: No increase in gas cylinder prices yet. The government subsidizes flour, sugar, and butane gas cylinders for domestic use.
Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch said that starting from April 2024, the price of gas cylinders will increase by 10 dirhams (one dollar) every year, and that this increase will stop starting in 2026. Last December, the Moroccan government began providing direct support to poor families in order to maintain the citizen's Purchasing Power.
