A recipe to improve the taste of food.. you have to add mineral water

Natural mineral water is good not only for a cold drink on a hot day.

The use of mineral water when cooking or baking can really enrich the food, and reduce calories, according to a German group concerned with mineral water.

It is recommended to put carbonated mineral water (sparkling water) in a hot, non-stick tray when cooking meat or fish, and leave the water until it evaporates a little, then the fish or meat is cooked in it, adding mineral water with a tablespoon as it evaporates.

Soups, sauces and dips can also be whipped with sparkling water to give a more creamy texture without the need to add sour cream or cream.

This is a trick that also works with sweets.

Mixing a little sparkling water with mousse makes it more creamy.

On the other hand, adding that water to your salad dressing will reduce the need for oil.

For cakes and sweet cakes, you may consider reducing the milk and adding mineral water in its place.

And if you add it to pancakes and waffles, it will make them more fluffy because carbonic acid is a natural leavening agent.
