  The reporter learned from the Liaoning Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters that due to the impact of typhoon "fireworks", starting from July 29, continuous rainfall has occurred in Liaoning Chaoyang, Huludao, Jinzhou, Dalian, Yingkou, Fuxin, Panjin, Shenyang and other places.

Affected by precipitation, some rivers have experienced a process of flooding. There are 10 reservoirs in the province that exceed the flood limit water level, mainly in Fuxin, Chaoyang, Jinzhou, Huludao and other places.

In this round of heavy rainfall, a total of 4967 people were transferred to avoid danger in the province.

  The State General Defense Agency sent a working group to supervise Liaoning’s typhoon response work, and inspected the flood prevention and preparations of the Chaoyang rescue team and key rivers and lakes and dams on the spot.

The Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters Office of Liaoning Province dispatched the flood control offices of 8 counties and districts with heavier rainfall, as well as the responsible persons in charge of flood control in towns and reservoirs, to grasp the rain and water regimes, and required preventive work to be done.

The Liaoning Provincial Meteorological Bureau issued a total of 18 early warning signals of various meteorological disasters.

  According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there will be moderate to heavy rain and partial heavy rain in Fushun and Tieling, Liaoning, from 20:00 on July 31 to 8:00 on August 1.
