Pay 14,000 dirhams

A benefactor pays for the tuition fees of “Judy” and “Sidra”

A benefactor guaranteed the payment of 14,000 dirhams of school arrears for the twins (Judy and Sidra - 17 years), so that they could obtain the final result for the 2020-2021 semester, and continue studying like their peers.

He coordinated the "hotline" between the donor and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai, to transfer the donation amount to the two students' account at the school.

On July 13, "Emirates Today" published the story of Abu Al-Tawam's suffering, and his inability to manage the amount of school arrears that he has accumulated, given the circumstances he is going through.

The father of the twins expressed his happiness and thanks to the donor, who stood by him at the time of his suffering, noting that the news of the donation made the family members very happy.

Abu Al-Tawwam (Judy) and (Sidra) had previously told the story of his suffering to "Emirates Today", saying that "he has worked in the country since 2007, in a jewelry store in Abu Dhabi, and was receiving a salary of 8000 dirhams, and his wife was selling handicrafts, and preparing small dishes. of sweets and pastries and sell them to friends and neighbors, and we were able to achieve financial stability for the family together.”

He pointed out that God blessed him with four sons, the eldest of whom is (Ranim - 21 years old), who finished her school studies, and was unable to enroll her in the university, and did not complete her academic career due to the difficult financial conditions he is going through, and the twins (Judy) and (Sidra), and the youngest of them (Mohammed - 10 years old).

The father is facing difficult financial conditions, after accumulating many obligations and debts on his shoulders, and reducing his salary to 5,000 dirhams, and although he is the only breadwinner for his family, he is now living on the aid of family and close friends, until he overcomes his financial crisis and finds a new job to pay off his debts.

The two students (Judy) and (Sidra) are studying in the 11th grade, and the school administration threatened to deprive them of obtaining the final result for the academic semester 2020-2021, to continue their academic education for the next year in the event that the accumulated amount is not paid on them.

• Reducing the father's salary to 5,000 dirhams, preventing him from paying tuition fees arrears.

• The school administration threatened that the twins would not obtain the final result for this year.
