In a loan fraud case involving a solar power related company in Yokohama City, the president of this company cheated about 1.05 billion yen in loans from another financial institution, and also made the company's funds at the casino. He was re-arrested by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of fraud and special back office for repayment of his debt.

The person who was re-arrested was Naoyuki Ikuta (47), the president of the solar power generation company "Techno System" in Yokohama.

According to a survey by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, President Ikuta submitted a lie estimate to a credit union in the Kansai region last year under the pretext of receiving a loan for solar power generation business, and the loan amount was about 1 billion. In addition to deceiving 50 million yen, it is a fraudulent claim that it has illegally withdrawn a total of 390 million yen from the company's funds in order to repay its own debt made at an overseas casino three years ago. There is a suspicion of special responsibility.

The company has been promoting the renewable energy business by receiving a large amount of financing from a financial service called "social lending" for several years, but construction has been delayed significantly due to multiple projects, etc. It means that he was stuck in cash flow and was in a state of insolvency.

On the 16th, the Special Investigation Department charged President Ikuta with deceiving a total of more than 1.16 billion yen from financial institutions in Tokushima and Shizuoka prefectures.

The Special Investigation Department has not disclosed the approval or disapproval of President Ikuta.
