Two representatives of a solar power generation equipment company arrested for tax evasion due to fictitious recording etc. Those arrested were Shin Takahashi (69), the representative director of Solar Heart, and Mitsuko Goto (36), an executive.
According to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office Special Investigation Department, the two evaded taxes of approximately 38 million yen by concealing more than 150 million yen in company income by recording fictitious outsourcing expenses in the year up to February 2020. As a result, the company is suspected of violating corporate tax laws.
