The Deputy Minister of Justice Xiong Xuanguo said that in order to reduce the relevant certification materials for notarization and promote the convenience of notarization work, the Ministry of Justice requires the full implementation of the management of the list of notarization certification materials. Resolutely clean up unnecessary certification materials that do not have clear laws and regulations or the basis for decisions of the State Council. All certification materials that can be certified by a valid personal license and that can be verified by information sharing between departments shall not be allowed to be repeatedly provided by the parties, and circular certification and unnecessary certification shall be eliminated. .
The Ministry of Justice will sort out the list of certification materials required for high-frequency notarization matters with clear legal relationships and clear facts, and publicize it to the public by the end of August 2021.
