Forestry technicians arrived at the scene to check and found that this is a national first-level key protected wild animal vulture, which is 1.2 meters long and weighs 4.5 kilograms.

After inspection, this vulture had no signs of trauma, but it was unable to fly.

After that, the staff sent Hu vulture to Qinghai Wildlife Rescue and Breeding Center for rescue. After the relevant person in charge of the center passed a physical examination, he believed that Hu vulture did not have a fracture, which may be due to extreme weakness and mild dehydration symptoms and temporarily unable to take off.

It is reported that after more than a month of rehabilitation care, Hu Yujiu has basically recovered and reached the conditions for release.

After requesting the provincial forestry and grass department, it was agreed that the well-restored Hu vulture would be returned to the original place and released to nature.
