Construction of a facility where you can experience the world of "Harry Potter", which is popular for novels and movies, has just begun at the site of "Toshimaen" in Nerima-ku, Tokyo, which closed last year.

This facility "Studio Tour Tokyo" will be constructed on a part of the site of "Toshimaen", which was closed in August last year by the Japanese subsidiary of "Warner Brothers" in the United States and Seibu Railway, which owns the land.

The area is about 30,000 square meters, and we are aiming to open it again next year = the first half of 2023. On May 13, a groundbreaking ceremony was held with only the people concerned attending as an infection prevention measure.

At the facility, you can experience the magical world by displaying the sets, costumes, props, etc. used for shooting the movie "Harry Potter".

According to Warner Bros. Pictures, Harry Potter's studio tour is the second facility in the world after London, England.

"Warner Bros." says, "We will prioritize the protection of beautiful green spaces as well as the creation of industries and employment by advancing our business in consideration of the surrounding environment."
