The driver of a black car encountered a routine police inspection. In order to avoid punishment, he forcibly changed lanes and bypassed law enforcement officers and fled the scene.

Recently, Shanghai Qingpu police investigated and dealt with a case of obstructing the performance of duties according to law, and arrested an offender.

After interrogation, Liu, the offender, confessed that he was an unlicensed online car-hailing driver. When he was carrying passengers to Huamin Road, Gongyuan East Road, Qingpu District, Shanghai, he encountered three traffic policemen and law enforcement officers from the Transportation Commission to stop. After being checked, he speeded up his lane change and drove away from the scene after being checked. Later, he intercepted the dash cam video and sent it to the online car-hailing WeChat group of hundreds of people to remind other drivers and satisfy his vanity.

At present, Liu Mou, an offender, has been administratively detained by Shanghai Qingpu police for obstructing his duties. For his 5 traffic violations, he was fined 800 yuan and 5 points in total.
