CBD, three letters for cannabidiol.

CBD is a substance with relaxing properties, derived from cannabis.

CBD has no psychoactive effect and is therefore not addictive like THC, or Tetrahydrocannabinol, from the same plant and which remains banned.

A few months ago, the Court of Justice of the European Union decided to ban the ban on the sale of CBD, produced in other European countries.

In France, CBD, the consumption and distribution of which is spreading, is therefore not prohibited, but not really authorized either.

This legal vacuum does not make life easier for producers and distributors.

CBD, should we legislate or let it happen?

This is the question of the day.
