The Air Self-Defense Force has revealed that the dead member is Lieutenant Uezaki (25), who belongs to the Air Education Group Command at Hamamatsu Base in Shizuoka Prefecture.



In order to become a fighter pilot, he was learning maneuvering skills in the US Air Force curriculum.



The T38 trainer was a two-seater aircraft, and at that time, Lieutenant Uezaki was sitting in the front seat and training for takeoff and landing.
