After the opulence of the holiday season, good resolutions are often as numerous as they are difficult to keep.

If the "Dry january", the month without alcohol, allows you to recover from the excesses of Christmas while doing prevention, another initiative, created in England in 2014, is developing throughout the world: the Veganuary.

Based on the same principle, one month of effort to restore health, the operation encourages consumers to do without all food products from animals, to discover the benefits of veganism.

Good for health and for the planet, Veganuary has a million participants in five years.
