Sales, including some problems in other channels, are focused on improving the income of the people and strengthening the collective economy of our village.

Fan Yuzheng, 78, has been making dried noodles since he was 21.

He told reporters that he used to make noodles at home. Now that a dried noodle factory has been established in the village, he and his wife have moved "positions". Not only has the working environment been greatly improved, but the income has also increased.

  We used to make dried noodles and we would sell them ourselves. Now we go to the dried noodle factory to make dried noodles. We don’t bother to sell them. We will hand it over to the boss after we make it. We will make more money here, two people a month. Probably can earn 10,000 yuan, and when there are too many rainy days, it can make seven to eight thousand or eight to nine thousand yuan.

At present, there are 20 to 30 people in the village who make dried noodles in factories like Fan Yuzheng.

Because it is purely handmade, the current daily output of the noodle factory is about one thousand catties, and the price has also changed from 5 yuan per catty for family-style workshops to the current ex-factory price of 15 yuan per catty.

Nowadays, Zhutang community is based on traditional dried noodle making craftsmanship, and through online and offline simultaneous marketing models, the traditional craftsmanship is transformed into economic benefits, so as to increase the income of the village collective economy and make the people rich.
