Los Peperetes is a family-owned cannery in the Galician town of Villagarcía de Arosa. It manufactures half a million cans a year, has a turnover of around two million euros and is present in 37 countries.

The company has collaborated with the Spanish chef José Andrés through a line of co-branded gourmet preserves. The cockle is the most iconic and demanded product of the cannery, with a long waiting list to get it (can price from 20 euros to 39 euros)
