A winner in France won the record prize of

200 million euros

that was at stake in EuroMillions this Friday night, reported the Française des Jeux (FDJ).

The winner, who has

120 days to appear

at the FDJ offices and receive their prize, played the winning numbers 6-9-13-24-41, and the star figures 3 and 12.

This is a record prize in the history of the European lottery.

The previous record was

190 million euros

, won several times, the last in November 2019 in the United Kingdom.
