The activists have repeatedly accused the police of endangering lives during the evictions - especially after an activist fell from a high-legged frame on November 15.

According to the public prosecutor in Gießen, responsible for this was a police officer who had previously cut a rope that was connected to the frame.

The connection should not have been visible to the officer.
