China News Service, October 30. According to the website of the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission, at 0-24 o'clock on October 29, Guangdong Province added 2 newly imported confirmed cases. Guangzhou reported that they came from Cambodia and Guinea.
Newly imported 20 cases of asymptomatic infections were imported from abroad. Guangzhou reported 3 cases, 2 cases from Saudi Arabia and 1 case from Ethiopia; Shenzhen reported 1 case from India; Foshan reported 16 cases, 13 cases from Iraq, and the remaining 3 cases from Kazakhstan, the UAE and Ukraine.
All of the above were found at the port of entry or isolation point, and were quarantined for observation after entry.
7 new cases were discharged.
As of 24:00 on October 29, Guangdong Province has reported a total of 1,916 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (520 imported cases).
There are currently 31 cases in hospital.
