Cambodian agricultural products have broad development space in the Chinese market. In the first two months of 2024, Cambodia has sent a total of 50 rice products to China, 5 ASEAN countries and 22 EU countries.
China is still one of Cambodia’s main export markets for rice. In 2023, Cambodian pepper, edible aquatic animals, and wild aquatic products will be exported to China. China and Cambodia signed a protocol on exporting Cambodian coconuts to China to accelerate the export of high-quality agricultural products.
