Lately, the Government, its parliamentary partners and several jurists have been calling the Popular Party and its president "unconstitutional" for not wanting to sit down and renew the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), which has expired since December 2018. Since it seems clear that The PP does it out of political strategy and not out of democratic conviction. I am sure that it
will end up sitting down (again) and renewing the governing body of the Judiciary
.
But, in the meantime, I want to defend that
