The typhoon center is estimated to come around 10 o'clock in the evening, but now its main forward force has reached Harbin. In this way, the current wind can basically be 6 to 7 with the maximum wind force, and the rain is now relatively gentle. After the rain passed, some of its remaining forces were still there. On the 28th and 29th, plus some cold air from high latitudes, there would still be more rainy weather. Now the main reason is that the wind is too strong and the (crop) is prone to lodging.

[Explanation] In order to cope with the possible impact of typhoon "Bavi", the Harbin Metro has set up four lines of defense at 27 stations on the whole line to ensure the safety of subway operation under extreme weather. At the same time, temporary traffic control was implemented in all areas under the jurisdiction of the Harbin section of the Songhua River. The entire line was suspended, and the night market and other outdoor operations were closed for two days.

[Explanation] On the afternoon of the 27th, the reporter visited some commercial premises in Harbin. In commercial blocks such as Central Street, the municipal drainage department is intensively investigating and actively responding to hidden dangers such as urban waterlogging that may be caused by rainfall.
