All electrical appliances must be evacuated. Facing the order, four volunteers from the Mountain Snow Leopard Rescue and Disaster Relief Youth Commando used their hands and staggered step by step to move the freezer to the second floor.
Facing the rising river water more than 1 meter away from everyone at the entrance of the bar, it may still be unsafe even on the second floor. But looking at this huge freezer, the 43-year-old Tan Min and fellow volunteers had no time to think.
