Sama Al-Masry's reaction in the first appearance inside an Egyptian court


Yesterday, the Cairo Economic Court heard the statements of the Egyptian artist, Sama Al-Masry, regarding her accusation in a new case of inciting immorality and immorality.

Sama al-Masri denied the charges against her before the court, holding onto the Qur’an, saying, "I don't have a need and a wronged person, and they share videos. They told me that you are a public opinion issue and it is necessary to get along with you like that."

The Egyptian Financial and Commercial Affairs Prosecution referred the accused, Samia Ahmed Attia Abdel Rahman, known as "Sama Al-Masry," to the economic court.

The defendant’s referral order revealed that, during the period from December 2019 to April 2020, in the Department of Azbakeya Department, Cairo Governorate, she published, with intent to display, images of public shame by broadcasting through her personal accounts on the social networking sites “Facebook - Instagram - YouTube” video clips of her. In it, her charms appear, accompanied by expressions, insinuations, and shameless suggestions, in a way that violates public decency and as indicated by the investigations.

The referral order made it clear that "Sama Al-Masry" publicly did a blatant act in violation of public shame, by deceiving her charms, phrases, insinuations, and graphic "sexual" suggestions that she broadcast through her personal accounts on social networking sites, "Facebook - Instagram - YouTube", as shown in The case investigations, and published a number of videos that outrage the public.

The defendant also announced, through her personal accounts on social media, a call that includes seduction in a way that draws attention to "prostitution" by broadcasting video clips highlighting her charms in a way that arouses "sexual" instincts.

The referral order became clear that the defendant had assaulted the general principles and family values ​​of Egyptian society by publishing video clips of her through her personal accounts.
