Ayman Al-Salmi, a doctor from the Sultanate of Oman, could not bear the scenes of murder, misery and destruction that befell the Palestinians. He went to them to treat and console them, in a humanitarian stance that impressed social media activists.
He now works at the European Hospital in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, and performs 10 or 11 surgical operations on victims of Israeli bombing every day. The name of the doctor topped the Omani social media platforms with many praises for his humanitarian stance.
