It is the harvest season of jellyfish. In the past few days, sea razor farmers in Huyu Village, Yantian Township, Xiapu County, Fujian Province have used the fine weather to speed up their harvest.

In the sea razor pond, all the farmers bowed their heads and kept inserting their hands into the soil to look for them. One by one, the jellyfish growing in the soil were caught and placed in the plastic basin next to them. Afterwards, they poured the harvested jellyfish into baskets, washed them in sea water, and then moved them to small boats for picking up and selling them ashore.

Huyu Village is located by the sea, where the beach is wide and the shore is wide, and the culture of jellyfish has been for 16 years. In recent years, with the guidance and help of the local aquatic products department, the culture of jellyfish has developed rapidly and has become the leading industry in the village.
