JR Tokaido/Keihin Tohoku Line restarted at 18:29 on July 18th
The JR Tokaido Line was suspended due to an accident resulting in injury or death from around 8:30 am on the upper and lower lines between Yokohama Station and Shinagawa Station, but resumed operation on the entire line at 10:10 am. The JR Keihin Tohoku Line was also suspended on the upper and lower lines between Omiya Station in Saitama Prefecture and Ofuna Station in Kanagawa Prefecture, but resumed operation on all lines at 10:10 am.
