Dianke

"Dianké" tells the story of a young independent African woman of character who will embark on politics to fight corruption. Dianké is dismissed after refusing to give in to corruption. Under the blow of anger, she records on social networks a video that quickly goes viral and changes the course of her life. Following the death of her father, she decided to get involved in politics and stood for election in her hometown in front of her own brother. Supported by a youth who dreams of change, Dianké will rise up against an entire political system. Between corruption, family secrets, love and electoral campaign, Dianké becomes a woman of conviction and combat, whistleblower of a new kind, drawing in all its wake. An original fiction co-produced with the NGO RAES in Dakar.
