China News Agency, Hong Kong, May 18 (Reporter Wang Laiyi) Li Zhiying, founder of One Media and Li Zhuming, chairman of the Hong Kong Democratic Party founding party, were charged with inciting, organizing or participating in unauthorized assembly. The court appears in court. The case was postponed until June 15 for retrial, and all defendants were allowed to bail in cash of HK $ 1,000 per case.

  At 1 pm, 15 defendants arrived at the West Kowloon Magistrates' Court. They were charged with 8 counts of organizing and participating in illegal assembly.

  The three cases heard on the day involved unauthorized marches on August 18, October 1, and October 20, respectively. All the defendants were charged with organizing and knowingly participating in the unauthorized assembly of two counts. The five defendants, former members of the Legislative Council, Liang Guoxiong, Li Zhuoren, and He Xiulan, were charged with inciting others to participate in unauthorized assembly and announced an alternate subpoena for an unauthorized public march.

  Li Zhiying, Li Zhuoren and former Democratic Party Chairman Yang Sen were involved in another case and appeared in court at the same time. The three were accused of participating in unauthorized assembly on August 31 last year. The case was also postponed until June 15 to be heard again, and the pending prosecution requested documents to be referred to the District Court for processing. The three persons were released on bail under the original conditions.

  Outside the court, more than one hundred citizens gathered to condemn Li Zhiying, holding the banners of "Legal Severe Punishment of Black Violent Black Hands" and "Severe Criminals Who Harm the People of Hong Kong", shouting "Re-judgment of Li Zhiying for overthrowing the Chinese thief" and other slogans, and strongly demanded the court to repunish Li Zhiying.
