  According to the person in charge of the Guangdong Provincial Government Service Data Administration, “Yuekang Code” is a health passcode developed by Guangdong Province based on the “Guangdong Provincial Affairs” WeChat applet. The "Yuekang Code" is marked with red and green colors to distinguish whether it is a key population for epidemic prevention and control. Among them, the key population for epidemic prevention and control is marked as "red code", including confirmed cases and nucleic acid positive persons, suspected cases, close contacts, and the epidemic. Non-key people are identified as "green codes" in six situations, including high-risk people coming to Guangdong, centralized segregated people, and home segregated people.

  It is reported that when mainland residents leave Macau via Zhuhai, they can log in to the "Guangdong Provincial Affairs" applet and click on "Apply for Macao Health Code" on the "Yuekang Code" page to complete the application and use the green code; Macau residents return to Macau via Zhuhai At that time, you can log in to "Yuekang Code (Immigrant)", click "Use Aokang Code" in the page and submit the information. After transcoding, you can pass according to the regulations.

  When Macao residents or mainland residents enter Zhuhai through the Macao port, they can enter the "Macao Health Code" page, click "Download Personal Information to Apply for Guangdong Health Code", fill in the information to apply for transcoding, and then transact according to the regulations.

  The relevant person in charge of the Guangdong Provincial Government Service Data Administration stated that the health codes of Guangdong and Macao are mutually recognized, and the transcoding is provided for those who meet the green code conditions of the other party, including the date that the nucleic acid test result is negative, and the paper certificate is exempted. The back-end services of both parties are not interconnected, which complies with the laws of the two places; individuals voluntarily propose transcoding to protect their privacy; transcoding data is encrypted throughout to ensure information security.
