On May 9, the official public number "Chifeng Release" of the Publicity Department of the Chifeng Municipal Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region released news that Pan Mouguo, the criminal suspect of the Aohan Banner "04.04" traffic accident, was removed from the standing deputy of the Political and Legal Committee of the Aohan Banner Committee Secretary's post, at the same time was appointed to review and prosecute off-site.
At 7:25 on April 4 this year, a major road traffic accident involving a three-vehicle collision occurred in the Aohan Banner of the Provincial Highway 210, causing four deaths and three injuries. At the initial stage of the investigation by the public security organ, passenger Yan Mouhua in the vehicle that caused the accident called himself a driver. Later, after investigation by the public security organ, the driver of the vehicle involved was Pan Mouguo, and Yan Mouhua was impersonated.
After identification, Pan Mouguo's blood alcohol content was 30.13mg / 100ml, which was driving after drinking. On April 5, Pan Mouguo was criminally detained by the Aohan Banner Public Security Bureau. On April 16, with the approval of the People ’s Procuratorate of Aohan Banner, the Aohan Banner Public Security Bureau arrested Pan for the crime of causing traffic accidents. On April 30, the Aohanqi Public Security Bureau transferred Pan Mouguo to the People ’s Procuratorate of Aohanqi for suspected traffic accidents and Yan Mouhua for assault.
In order to ensure that the trial of the case is legal, fair, objective and timely, on May 8, the Chifeng Municipal People's Procuratorate instructed the Aohan Banner People's Procuratorate to report to the designated jurisdiction. On the same day, the Chifeng City People's Procuratorate asked the Chifeng City Intermediate People's Court to designate the Balinzuoqi People's Procuratorate to review and prosecute the entire case in accordance with law.
On May 8, after studying and deciding at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Aohan Banner Committee of the Communist Party of China, Pan Mou was removed from the position of Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Aohan Banner Committee.
