[HIGHLIGHTS] Five months after retiring, former MCC President Zhang Mengxing was investigated

Zhang Mengxing, the former Party Secretary and President of China Metallurgical Corporation (referred to as "MCC"), was investigated. He is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently under investigation by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of China Minmetals and Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

MCC Group is a short-scale state-owned construction enterprise for short-sized firms. Zhang MengXing was on the Forbes 20th Best CEOs list, ranking 31st out of 31.
