The city has a telephone consultation service, but there are more than 350 inquiries about application methods, etc. within 7 days, and it is difficult to connect to the phone.

Regarding the uniform payment of 100,000 yen, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications "Special Fixed-Amount Call Center", 0120-260-020, also accepts consultations every day from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
