At 21:35 on April 5, Shengle Brigade received a police report saying that it intercepted a heavy semi-trailer tractor with a Heilongjiang license plate. After receiving the police, the brigade immediately deployed to intercept. Three minutes later, the police successfully intercepted the car at the Hohhot South Toll Station and effectively controlled the driver.

According to preliminary understanding, the driver of the vehicle, Dong Mou, was a fever patient. He refused to accept the new coronary pneumonia test and isolation observation in a hospital in Hebei, and left the hospital without permission to drive the vehicle to Hotan, Xinjiang. .

Dong is currently undergoing further isolation testing at the Second Hospital of Hohhot. According to relevant laws and regulations, Dong's behavior will face fines, detention and other penalties.
