Last week, the customer left this amount at the Naples Restaurant on the west coast of Florida on the eve of the decision to close all state restaurants except for order delivery services.
"We don't know yet who he is," restaurant chain owner Ed Edlund told the local press, but hopes to identify this generous benefactor.
"We have had customers who have been frequenting regularly for years, they are friends but we do not know their names. We know their favorite faces and dishes and where they prefer to sit, but we do not know exactly who they are," he said.
On that day, 20 employees of the Naples Restaurant returned to their homes with an additional $ 500 in their pockets. The next day, most of them did not return to work.
