Diplo was at a festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil when he had to be evacuated urgently. Shots in the crowd caused panic. As we can see on images shared by the Brazilian site UOL, the DJ was immediately released, in the middle of a chaotic scene.
No death is to be deplored, according to the authorities, which specify that it would be a brawl between an armed spectator and a thief, whom he would have caught in the act during the concert. Two people were reportedly injured: the thief in question and his accomplice.
Not even hurt
Diplo did not seem really moved by the incident, since he posted images on his Instagram Stories account from his hotel room that evening, where he is having fun with an augmented reality application that brings up Spider -Man. It is unknown if his group, Major Lazer, will play his concert in Rio de Janeiro this Wednesday as planned.
