The problem is not in the number of jobs available to citizens, the real problem lies in the preparation of these jobs to suit the nature of citizens, and I mean the advantages, salaries and guarantees, so that the citizen working in the private sector does not feel the big difference between him and his counterpart citizen working in the government, and this particular problem is the biggest challenge Faced with the employment of citizens in the private sector, Mohammed bin Rashid did not ignore them, nor did he ignore them. He realized that there was a cost that the government should bear to help private sector companies absorb the citizens, so he boldly decided to bear this cost. The employment of citizens in this sector, without complaining from companies that consider that their employment is an economic burden, the decision was to make legal amendments to equality of citizens in the public and private sectors, in the calculation of pension and service, and the adoption of a fund of 300 million dirhams to train 18 thousand citizens, And allocate part of the tax revenues to support the file of Emiratisation, and the training of 8,000 citizens annually with bonuses subsidized by the government!

More importantly, His Highness decided to limit the administrative and supervisory functions in the government sector to citizens, while the field is open in specialized and rare jobs for all, and 160 jobs were identified in the private sector where priority is given to citizens, a right owned by the government, having noticed the existence of numbers A large number of its competent citizens can work efficiently and competently in these fields, and no less effort and productivity than others.

These decisions were not made suddenly, and are not random, nor emotional, but a new phase of a series of previous phases, all based on encouraging the private sector to hire citizens, and give them enough opportunity for training, rehabilitation and employment, but the past long years proved that the response of the private sector did not It was necessary to enter into another clearer stage to correct the plan of employment of citizens in this vital sector, so all came focused, and address the problem from the root, there is no doubt that the next phase will witness a remarkable development in this File.
