Six ski tourers started in the Valais Alps on Saturday. Because they didn't arrive at their destination, a relative raised the alarm.

Rescue workers have now found five bodies in the Tête Blanche area. The sixth ski tourer has not yet been found, police say. The group had been on the ski touring route between Zermatt and Arolla since Saturday morning. Stormy weather and the risk of avalanches made it difficult for rescue workers to work.
