Three men who fled are being investigated for grievous bodily harm. The police have a video in which the attack can be seen. The incident occurred last Saturday in Witten, near Bochum, Germany. The teenager suffered abrasions and bruises on his face, said a police spokesman for theBochum police. The three men who flee and a 15 year-old are being questioned.
