Temperatures of up to 29 degrees are possible at the weekend in Germany. At the beginning of the week, partly strong thunderstorms are possible.
In the west and northwest, as well as over the southwestern German mountains, showers and thunderstorms could develop. The DWD also warns of local storm hazards due to heavy rain. The maximum temperatures on the coasts and in the mountains would be up to 20 degrees. Otherwise, between 23 and 26 degrees are expected, in the east and south even up to 28 degrees.
