UNDP's dinosaur character "Frankie" appeared in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, calling for stronger efforts to prevent global warming. Franky has been touring countries such as the United States and Egypt to raise awareness about global warming countermeasures.
Frankie will be in Japan until the 13th of this month, participating in events with the theme of climate change and meeting with members of Congress. He appeared in a video released by UNDP three years ago and asked, "The extinction of dinosaurs was caused by a meteorite, but what is humanity's excuse?"
