U.S. military, Japanese police, local governments and others conduct joint training at Atsugi Air Base, Kanagawa.
Approximately 120 people participated, with the aim of strengthening cooperation. The training was conducted under the assumption that shortly after a helicopter took off, engine trouble occurred and the helicopter crash-landed in a field in the prefecture. First, a police officer rushed to the helicopter in a patrol car, interviewed the crew about the situation, and then shared information via radio with related organizations.
