Tottori City Hospital has paid the full amount to 298 people, including doctors, for unpaid amounts. Nurses and administrative staff were paid overtime even though they worked outside of regular working hours.

The hospital has introduced a new attendance management system, making it possible to accurately grasp work status without relying on voluntary declarations. The company paid a total of 20.87 million yen in overtime pay from March to June last year. Tottori city Hospital commented, ``We would like to handle overtime work appropriately in accordance with the law.''
